About Soorya

"SOORYA" - The Budding Artist is son of B. Sudhakaran and Sujatha Sudhakaran.

He is studying in Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Taylors Road, Chennai and is learning drawing from Mr. Rajendran of Dessin School of Arts.

Soorya has participated in the exhibition conducted by his drawing master "Infinite Expressions" in the year 2010-11.  He had exhibited eight drawings under the category "Crazy Crayons".

He has been participating in various competitions  and has won a few. Soorya's other passion is cricket and he is managing both cricket coaching and drawing sessions equally.

His interest in drawing was noticed when he started drawing the  bikes and cars of his father and uncle at the age of 5. He observes what ever he sees and tries to draw most of them similarly keeping them in mind.

He has been encouraged by his School Head Mistress, drawing master and the other teachers.

Soorya shows keen interest to learn all forms of art and the various techniques of drawing and painting.
